Responsibilities:
- The Media GPO will be an advocate for the Workday program and it’s benefits and will ensure that it’s functionality and purpose is understood across WPP.
- They will understand and be able to effectively communicate the benefits that WPP Media agencies can realise through Workday and process standardisation in the project space.
- They will set the standards for where the Media processes must be adhered to and where there is space for local deviation.
Requirements:
- Support the WPP Compensation team on day-to-day management, analysis, and communication of WPP’s Compensation Programs on a global scale.
- Provide analytical support, formulate creative solutions, and deliver recommendations around annual compensation processes and long-term incentive award programs.
- Provide support to large scale clients and aid in the development of organizational structures, benchmarking, salary structures
- Able to filter through multiple streams of information and organize it in a cohesive and clear manner.
- Provide insights on project changes as they go through multiple iterations.
- Use advanced Excel skills to create complex statistical modeling to aid in financial budgeting, forecasting and analysis.
