Responsibilities:
- WPP have selected Workday as their innovative HCM, Finance & PSA system of choice to meet changing demands and this role will be instrumental in rolling out one of the most exciting Workday programmes for a global business right now.
- The Workday Technical Programme Lead will report directly into the Workday Technical Programme Director and will lead the Workday worldwide enterprise technical solution for WPP, ensuring alignment of Workday technical solution to WPP architecture, security and technology standards,
Requirements:
- Ensure developed solutions meet business, technical and operational support requirements.
- Provide insights on the current technical architecture and identify any gaps that need to be addressed or updated in the Workday solution design.
- Provide architecture support to the WPP Workday implementation and support teams establishing the future business as usual (BAU)/Target operating model organization to govern and maintain proper controls over the technical architecture landscape
