Job Description:

WPP have selected Workday as their innovative HCM, Finance & PSA (Professional Services Automation) system of choice to meet changing demands and roles will be instrumental in rolling out and servicing one of the most exciting Workday programmes for a global business right now.

Responsibilities:

  • The Media GPO will be an advocate for the Workday program and it’s benefits and will ensure that it’s functionality and purpose is understood across WPP.
  • They will understand and be able to effectively communicate the benefits that WPP Media agencies can realise through Workday and process standardisation in the project space.
  • They will set the standards for where the Media processes must be adhered to and where there is space for local deviation.

Requirements:

  • Owning key Media business processes and providing successful team Leadership to Functional Leads
  • Developing, maintaining, reporting on and continuously improving global Media processes.
  • Developing a strategic roadmap for each core Media process or potential Media process, setting long-term targets and aspirations and outlining the steps required to reach them.
  • Making key decisions on the Media processes that sit within Workday, including taking a seat on the Workday Design Authority and SteerCo.
  • Working with Media business process owners to understand best practice and process requirements, as well as areas where Workday could effectively expand to cover new processes.
  • Lead the evaluation of additional Workday modules and/or additional solutions to meet the needs of our Media agencies.
