Responsibilities:

  • Shape the program and business strategy to grow the contribution and impact of partners on LinkedIn’s Marketing Solutions business
  • Understand the partner ecosystem in specific markets, develop working relationships with a range of potential partners and lead annual contract negotiations for selected partners
  • Manage a portfolio of our top tier partners, own their revenue success through a plan you help define and execute (training, co-selling, marketing, etc), finding innovative and scalable ways to deliver results and unlock growth
  • Leverage revenue, operational and client performance data to make decisions and design interventions as required to meet revenue and growth expectations
  • Manage and execute partner onboarding education for new partners & their teams, alongside ongoing training to keep them up to date LMS product education, in the form of webinars & other methods of dissemination
  • Lead complex and technical projects with multiple deliverables, cross-functional teams and deadlines
  • Effective at building strong relationships with cross-functional teams internally and externally to exceed revenue goals
  • Own revenue operations requirements relating to planning, forecasting and KPI development and tracking

Requirements:

  • Strong prior experience in digital advertising industry in sales, account services, marketing or biz development
  • Experience working in a highly cross-functional role with many dynamic teams (Sales, Marketing, Biz Dev, Product, Operations, Engineering, etc), senior executives, and global teams
  • Effective executive communication skills, both oral and written
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills with experience navigating a matrix environment
  • Ability to effectively manage time, prioritize tasks and work within deadlines independently
  • Exceptional candidates will have a strong background in building impactful relationships, the ability to think critically about the business and a superior entrepreneurial sense
