Position Title: Product Marketing Manager

Job Description

YouTube Marketing’s mission is to know our users, and to connect them to the magic of our products and creators. We make YouTube successful by shaping people’s perceptions of YouTube and inspiring them to engage with us. We’re also responsible for all of YouTube’s marketing activities to consumers, creators, and key opinion influencers.

Responsibilities:

  • Own the regional engagement and retention strategy for YouTube Music and YouTube
  • Premium, scaling global year-round programs and best practices while developing regional and local campaigns and journey stage programs that help customers realize their full potential
  • Collaborate with global Growth Platforms team to develop, roll-out, and manage vendor model supporting set-up, execution, and tracking of excellent notification and email programs
  • Work alongside YouTube Music and Premium Product Marketing Managers and Growth
  • Product Managers to work on quarterly initiatives across the portfolio, including special projects
  • Develop, build, and implement data-driven testing and optimization regional quarterly priorities in collaboration with the global product, engineering, and marketing teams

Requirements:

  • Experience in marketing, growth, performance and analysis
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to set goals and prioritize many initiatives and opportunities
  • Experience working with both internal and external stakeholders as well as users
  • Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously in a fast paced dynamic environment
  • Experience working directly with marketing platforms (paid media, email, notifications)
  • Experience with analyzing, interpreting, and leveraging data and testing to develop strategic marketing plans, make sound business decisions, and execute excellent programs that drive business goals
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
