Position Title:Senior Product Manager

Job Description:

This is an exciting new role as part of our Customer Engagement & Marketing platforms function. Reporting to the Head of Customer Engagement & Marketing, you will manage the technology delivery Collections & Appzillon platforms which will be used by our internal partners to service our customers. This role is pivotal in the way we deliver our portfolio of products, solutions and adding sustainable value to the business

Requirements:

  • Be comfortable bridging the gap between technology and the business
  • Understand the scope of the upcoming enabler work and collaborate with Solution Architects/Engineering to assist with decision-making
  • Take responsibility and ownership of products and services from a delivery perspective
  • Participate in scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, sprint demos, retrospective and daily stand-ups
  • Backlog creation – Definition of user stories, acceptance criteria; Backlog ownership and refinement with the scrum team
  • Participate in Go live/launch activities leading up to and following product releases, ensuring that appropriate communications are made to key stakeholders
  • Work closely with business, operations & change teams to deliver the various technology platforms.
  • Champion our vision and working principles in your interactions with Business Units across the organisation
