Responsibilities: 

  • Providing support in resolving issues for live customers related to processor and scheme environments.
  • Negotiation skills, demonstrates the ability to successfully manage the contract lifecycle
  • Experience of Apple Pay/Google Pay technical, commercial and contractual obligations.
  • Understanding of card payment tokenisation
  • Sound technical background connected with card payment processes and associated processors
  • Experience of building and maintaining complex IT relationships

Reqirements:

  • Gain experience of card Payment scheme compliance- and the impact analysis and management of Visa & Mastercard mandates and rules through to implementation of appropriate solutions.
  • Develop an understanding of the regulatory and compliance landscape that we operate in is essential.
  • Develop a network of stakeholders to ensure efficient Business-As-Usual and change delivery.
  • Think strategically about our business and customers, to maintain compliance and service TSB’s customer’s needs.
  • Actively seek out external learnings, best practise across our industry and other industries.
  • Optimise the scheme programmes and service to obtain the greatest value from the partnership with the schemes.
  • Become an identified Subject Matter Expert recognised internally and externally.
  • Promote and support a culture where control weaknesses and potential regulatory breaches are appropriately and promptly addressed.
