Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain LIVE programming for the UK region including series and campaigns
• Proactively work with a range of cross-functional teams to advance the LIVE content ecosystem
• Work with team members to monitor the quality of content and identify and disseminate up-to-date trends to further develop LIVE content strategy
• Report performance metrics and analyse strengths and weak points in TikTok UK’s LIVE ecosystem
• Ideate, own, and implement projects to enhance LIVE quality and diversity in the UK region
• Identify gaps, inefficiencies, or inconsistencies across the UK LIVE content ecosystem and develop and manage XFN project teams to address these

Requirements:

•  5+ years experience working in a similar role or livestream environment
• The ability to manage stakeholders, build relationships, and relate to others at all levels
• Broad knowledge of live digital content and keen understanding of live trends effecting the UK market
• Deep understanding of content strategy and experience in a live content or production focused role a plus
• Understanding of common online video and live metrics
• An affinity for social media, love of virality and trends and an avid TikTok user.
• Ability to work autonomously to devise programs to promote the health of the LIVE content ecosystem
