Job Description:

We are currently recruiting for an Customer service advisor to work with our clients in Hammersmith in a healthcare setting.

Responsibilities: 

  • Effectively owning the order from start to finish.Ensure accuracy, by liaising with healthcare services on all documents to be sent to customers.
  • You will deliver excellent service to residents who contact the Council’s Social Care and Public Health Community Connect Customer Support Centre by telephone, web, email, and other channels, aiming to provide an efficient and accurate serviceInforming customers in a timely period if their orders cannot be fulfilled.
  • Answer all customer enquiries which come into the office ensuring the enquiry is forwarded onto the appropriate department.
  • Take responsibility for all customer sales orders and ensure they are processed and delivered in line with customer requirements on a daily basis.

  • Strong literacy and numeracy skills
  • Ability to listen, identify and resolve customer issues
