Position Title: Cyber Protect Email Gateway Engineer

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure 3rd Line support to end users & other technical colleagues.
  • Resolving Incident tickets & escalations \ request within SLA’s and are dealt with within the business recovery timeframes and frameworks.
  • Liaise with 3rd Parties/Software Vendors when required.
  • A team player being responsible for the Email Gateway infrastructure and the applications that use these services.
  • Produce the KPIs & MI reporting.
  • Ensuring process documentation & process guides are kept up to date in accordance with Audit & SOX controls.
  • Suggest service improvements or new products.
  • Ensure that the Email Gateway conforms to all the company’s security standards and best practices.

Requirements:

  • Min 2 years’ experience supporting an enterprise/large business.
  • A sound knowledge of ProofPoint & Cisco IronPort Email Gateways.
  • A sound knowledge of SPF, DKIM & DMARC & DNS records.
  • An understanding of the principals of DLP applications.
  • MS AD, LAN/WAN networks.
  • Experience with Exchange 2013 & Exchange Online.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • SharePoint, MS Teams & M365 Apps.
  • F5 or associated load balancers.
  • Experience in the Financial Sector.
  • Experience with ITIL
