Job Description:

Want to use your initiative to improve results? As an Interim Customer Service Coordinator, you’ll have the freedom to implement your own ideas and ensure we delight our customers. Every time.

Responsibilities:

  • Focusing on one or more of our major accounts, you’ll ensure your customer receives an excellent level of service.
  • Working with the customer, our supply and commercial teams, you’ll find the best way to fulfil the customer’s order.
  • You’ll understand their needs and ensure we deliver outstanding results. Without fail. Most importantly, if you spot an opportunity to improve things, you’ll take it.

Requirements:

  • you’re a natural when it comes to nurturing relationships and influencing people.
  • You’ve worked in a similar role before – so you know how to present specialist issues with confidence.
  • You’re an excellent problem-solver and communicator too, who’s comfortable working independently. And, perhaps most importantly, you know how to achieve targets the right way.
