Position Title: Senior Strategy Manager

Job Description:

We are recruiting a Senior Strategy Manager to join the Licence Fee Unit, working on a range of matters relating to licence fee collection and involving key interactions with senior members of the LFU and external service providers. This is a permanent contract based in London.

Responsibilities:

  • As Senior Strategy Manager you will have oversight of all analytics, planning and research services provided by outsourced providers, on a day-to-day basis.
  • This will include managing issues relating to licence fee collection and involve liaison with senior members of the LFU and external service providers.
  • You’ll manage specific projects, one of which will be measurement and analysis of evasion.
  • In addition to commissioning any research required by the LFU, you will also work with the Marketing & Audiences and Strategy teams to identify potential synergies, particularly in research and analytics.

Requirements:

  • To be successful in this role you will have proven experience of data analysis, including financial, budgeting and statistical data, with a good knowledge of relevant tools, methodologies and techniques, combined with experience of commissioning research.
  • Experience of overseeing the day-to-day management of analytics, planning and research services provided by outsourced providers is essential and you’ll be familiar with managing day-to-day issues and being the key point for senior internal stakeholders and the external service providers.
  • Some line management experience is also required.
  • An effective communicator with a proven ability to establish good working relationships with multiple partners and stakeholders across a wide range of people and levels, comfortable presenting insights, challenging and influencing as appropriate to support effective decision making.
  • In addition, you will have excellent communication skills and the ability to tailor your style for a range of audiences.
