Responsibilities:

  • The purpose of this role is to manage a risk based strategy that ensures an enhanced, appropriate and compliant customer experience for Phoenix Group through building the Customer relationship between Phoenix and its outsourced service partners (OSPs).
  • The role entails proposing and embedding the Customer service standards and risk appetites for Phoenix life within our OSPs as well as leading a risk based oversight strategy providing assurance to senior management on the delivery of change initiatives ensuring appropriate customer outcomes.
  • The role requires some UK & International Travel and may suit individuals with strategic, operational, risk /audit or change background.
