Position Title:  Client Training Partner

Job Description:

Within the Programme Management department of PI sits the Partner Training function, which takes responsibility for the design and successful delivery of engaging training programmes and learning experiences for our retail partners. This function is integral in ensuring successful handovers following project completion, leaving our retail partners with the tools and knowledge needed in order to maintain their OSP sites.

Responsibilities:

  • International and domestic travel to meet the requirements of this role
  • Support the continuous improvement of our offering by leveraging evaluation data and feedback to ensure we are delivering an exceptional experience to our partner.
  • Engage and work with third party companies when required to support with the creation of content and support materials
  • Deputising for the Partner Training Manager if required
  • Representing the Partner Training workstream in project programme meetings if required
  • Working with key stakeholders to continue developing our suite of training content to support the release and deployment of new OSP products.
  • Working with the Partner Training Manager to understand the partner business and create best in class end-to-end training programmes
  • Work collaboratively with Ocado Subject Matter Experts and other internal stakeholders to design, develop and deliver training for both physical and virtual workshops and other supporting materials needed for UK and global partners
  • Working with the Partner Training Manager to develop productive relationships with our Partners before, during and after programme delivery.

Requirements:

  • Lives the ‘Ocado Way’
  • Proactively track and manage client records for reporting purposes, e.g. attendance, evaluation, knowledge checks etc.
  • Confident communicating both verbally and in written formats with the ability to communicate technical information to non-technical audiences
  • Good communication which convey gravitas and inspires confidence in a manner that is inclusive and collaborative
  • Advocate for lifelong learning and self development and can instil this in others
    Good at building relationships both internally and externally
  • High calibre candidate with a track record of designing and delivering engaging training
  • Previous experience in B2B, ideally in Training, Learning and Development, Technology, Logistics or Retail environments
  • Stakeholder management
  • Project management experience
