Responsibilities:
- The purpose of this role is to help Naked Wines reach our growth ambitions by creating an exceptional employee experience where people can be themselves, grow and achieve because they can bring their best into our team!
- This position is a newly created role and will be an hands-on partner to the leadership team helping to deliver a range of HR activities across the employee life-cycle including operations, advisory, administration and strategy.
Requirements:
- Are a structured and lateral thinker who is able to adapt to a rapid pace (read: you don’t crack under pressure (i.e. laughs, doesn’t cry) when holding 12 plates that are spinning at the same time, while standing on the tip of a rocket at launch)
- Are fun to work with because you have a growth mindset, play for the team and don’t take yourself too seriously
- Are a person of integrity whose values are deep seated and reflected in their behaviour
- Are confident and resilient, enjoy challenging the status quo – comfortable hearing a “no” and turning it into a “yes”
