Position Title: Programme Manager

Job Description:

ASOS is undertaking an exciting multi-year transformation programme, called ASOS Reimagined, to enable our ambitious global growth plans. You will be part of the business change function who are responsible for enabling the successful delivery of the transformation and continuous improvement initiatives through coaching, facilitating and helping to grow change capability across ASOS. The business change function comprises a TMO and a centre of operational excellence which includes business architecture, process excellence, lean / agile and change management teams.

Responsibilities:

  • Working closely with the Change Management team and Communications Team to ensure stakeholders are managed effectively and to establish a change and communications plan
  • Facilitating governance and engagement sessions with cross-functional stakeholders as required
  • Aligning all programme governance into the ASOS Reimagined portfolio alongside the TMO
  • Able to hit the ground running, having undertaken programme management in a fast-paced and dynamic transformational change environment before
  • Responsible for driving the execution of project plans, working proactively with programme / project teams to ensure milestones and deliverables are achieved to time, cost and quality
  • Establishing a longer-term roadmap to set out future stages of the programme whilst balancing competing
  • priorities across the wider portfolio
  • Leading on programme reporting outputs for stakeholders of all levels, including C-Suite
  • Establishing and running lessons learned/retrospectives on programme progress to feed into the ASOS Change
  • Network ensuring that change is delivered successfully and consistently, to continuously grow our change capability
  • Managing dependencies, risks and issues, including resource and capacity, and working with programme /
  • project teams to put mitigating actions in place
  • Comfortable creating business cases and defining scope for future phases of work in collaboration with business stakeholders

Requirements:

  • Fantastic interpersonal skills, able to quickly build a cross-functional network across programmes and wider business operations
  • A proven ability to strive in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment, working on complex projects
  • Excellent communication skills, able to clearly articulate complex concepts, risks and strategies
  • Outstanding organisational skills and the ability to balance multiple priorities
  • Working knowledge of different project methodologies (e.g. Agile and Lean)
  • A real team player, with a positive can-do attitude, able to collaborate at all levels of the business to resolve challenges, constraints and blockers
