Responsibilities:

  • Effectively communicate performance marketing campaign objectives, benchmarks and KPIs across the WFS marketing team
  • Create performance marketing campaigns which acquire marketing qualified leads, convert customers and grow revenue
  • Ensure all performance marketing activity is consistently measured, evaluated and optimised
  • Continually test, optimise, innovate and proactively share results and insights with the team
  • Provide reporting and analysis on all performance activity performance and KPIs across the team
  • Manage marketing operations and technology projects which make difficult processes easier, improve the impact of marketing activities and drive more efficient spending.
  • Proactively engage, align and collaborate with the performance marketing and web strategy teams within the General Qualifications / Schools division
  • Ensure the performance marketing budget is consistently managed
  • Provide performance marketing guidance, proactive upskilling and encourage best practice sharing across the WFS marketing team

Requirements:

  • Experience of managing multiple campaigns simultaneously
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders across teams in order to meet objectives and deliver results
  • In-depth knowledge of performance marketing KPIs, terminology and best practices
  • Experience of managing performance marketing platforms and activity in-house
  • Strong analytical skillset with experience of managing multiple projects simultaneously to drive results
  • Budget management experience
  • Exceptional attention to detail and highly organised
  • Proactive, pragmatic and analytical mindset

  • Passionate about customer data and experience
