About The OpportunityThe Transport Planner will support the Department’s regional Transport Integration team’s role in shaping the future transport system to deliver a prosperous, connected and liveable Victoria. The role will work collaboratively across the transport portfolio, other government departments and agencies (e.g. Department of Environment, Land, Water and Planning, VLine, VicTrack), Regional Partnerships and local government to advance integrated land use and transport planning in regional Victoria. This role will ensure the transport system delivers on the intention of the Transport Integration Act. Particularly ensuring users are at the centre of planning and that planning is done in an integrated manner across all modes and with land use planning.
