Job Description:

Boulder County Community Services and Head Start is seeking to hire an Eligibility, Recruitment, Selection, Enrollment and Attendance (ERSEA) Assistant.  Under the supervision and direction of the Assistant Division Manager, the ERSEA Assistant supports all parts of the ERSEA regulations per the Head Start Performance Standards along with the Family and Community Professionals. This position performs a number of family recruitment, engagement and involvement activities on behalf of the program with English and Spanish speaking families.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure all attendance systems are functional and maintained, including adding and removing children as needed and in a timely manner. Live technical support for parents and staff for all attendance systems, including troubleshooting and resolving technical issues with appropriate parties including state and contracted entities.
  • Monitor attendance tracking systems regularly for both parent and teaching staff usage. Support staff and parent training of proper system usage. Engage with supervisors to overcome on-going issues related to system usage and compliance.

Requirements:

  • Limited regional travel, as needed
  • Must have a valid driver’s license in good standing and access to reliable transportation that is readily available for business use
