Position Title: Triage & Exits Analyst

Job Description:
In this role you will support the control model to effectively manage Anti-Money Laundering, Sanctions, Bribery & Corruption and Terrorist Financing risk to the RFB across customers and third parties.
Responsibilities:
- Managing internal relationships relating to FC Control and Functional development with directors, Senior Managers and their direct reporting lines.
- Carrying out activity to determine cause of alerts and appropriate treatment, including allocation of work to the appropriate operational teams within the broader CDD function
- Preparing material to support exit decisions and supports where required decisioning via the Tripartite Forum (between Business Unit Leads, L2 FC and FC CoE)
- Providing day to day operations for Triage/Exit operations ensuring Triage and Exit related activities are processed in accordance with the RFB Policy and Standards and the FC CoE SLA
- Ensuring CDD is completed in adherence to Policy and Standards (where applicable, reassesses Customer’s FC risks resulting either from a periodic or event driven review undertaking transactional scrutiny to ensure activity is in line with expectations)
- Analysing FC risks in light of customer information
Requirements:
- Financial Crime Compliance domain knowledge across AML, Sanctions & ABC.
- Someone that can deal with difficult queries with professionalism, and help provide information to the Complaints team for customers who have exited from the bank
- Ability to assimilate and analyse complex information
- Experience of delivering excellent customer service.
- Working co-operatively and productively with others, openly exchanging information and supporting colleagues from around the organisation to achieve business goals.
