We’re looking for a Part Time Team Manager who is passionate about making a difference and protecting our customer who may be a victim of Fraud. It is essential than you have managed a team of people previously with exeprience in coaching and devopment.

Responsibilities: 

  • Be passionate about delivering a great customer experience
  • Ability to develop colleagues through stretching objectives, feedback & coaching
  • Understand the need to be compliant and fully on board with risk controls
  • Be a strong & effective communicator
  • People Manager with the aptitude to engage and motivate a high performing team
  • Be able to deliver and embrace change

Reqirements:

  • Understand the controls we have in place to protect our customer and support our people with Fraud
  • Utilise the resource and tools available to guide and support through the day to day role
  • Recommend areas for change and support leadership in delivery
  • Work collaboratively with adjoining teams
  • Continuous development of our people.
  • Understand the personal impact on the customer journey and how the role supports the department and TSB strategy.
